There are various types of vehicle running tests. JIS D0210 General Rules for Automotive Braking Testing Procedures have been established for installation points and sensor specifications. Test vehicles are also tested in actual loading conditions for each vehicle model.
Features
A copper tip with good thermal conductivity is attached to the tip of the thermocouple to enhance response. In addition, the use of glass-braided thermocouple wires provides heat resistance and flexibility. Since variations in the finished state of thermocouples for testing can affect the measurement data, the manufacturing process is performed by dedicated personnel using jigs for warm junction welding and brazing, enabling us to provide uniform products.
