Heater for film forming equipment
Televisions, smartphones, and personal computers are equipped with electronic components called semiconductors and thin displays, but the manufacture of these semiconductors and displays requires film-forming equipment that forms thin films. Thin films are formed on components in film-forming equipment. However, if there is a variation in temperature, the thickness of the film may vary, greatly affecting the quality of the product. Our heaters have a “non-integral connection structure” in which a heat-generating sheath that does not generate heat and a heat-generating sheath that generates heat are connected by a small sleeve, so that when multiple heaters are divided into areas, they are prevented from being heated up in excess places. In addition, we are also able to handle bending and installation of the supply plate according to the equipment and plate, and provide heaters that help control the temperature of the film formation equipment.
