Noro Removal Imaging Camera System (MCL640)
In the casting process, which melts metals and alloys, pours them into molds, cools them, and solidifies them to form products, impurities called “noros” are generated. In the past, workers used the naked eye to check the slag and remove it. However, the workers had to identify the slag to be removed differently or to handle the molten metal, which poses a hazard.
