Products for the aerospace industry require a high level of safety, and it is essential to establish an advanced production control and quality assurance system. Furthermore, due to the intensification of international competition, “H3” of the next-generation trunk launch vehicle is required to reduce costs. In this environment, we have obtained certification for our quality management system required by our customers, and we manufacture highly reliable temperature sensors used in temperature control of propulsion systems.
Features
In H3 launch vehicle, we have developed a sensor that can be used to measure the temperature of engine propellants such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen. The boiling point temperature of liquid hydrogen is-253°C, and the boiling point temperature of liquid oxygen is-183°C. These sensors measure the temperature under high acceleration and high vibration conditions. The temperature sensor is equipped with a highly earthquake-resistant, shock-resistant element developed by Yaskawa, and offers high accuracy and responsiveness.
