Temperature sensor requires high temperature and corrosion resistance since process fluids are Hydrogen sulfide・Ammonia gas・ Sulfurous acid gas with high temperature.

Thermocouple element is type B. Protection tube is Ceramic.
The characteristics of the ceramic protection tube are such that there is a possibility of gas intrusion through the porous tube at high temperatures. The nitrogen purge prevents the intrusion of corrosive gases and reduces damage to the element for sensor life extension.
