Sensor to meet AMS2750
The aircraft (space) industry has established heat treatment control regulations for parts in the AMS2750 standard, which includes evaluation and testing items such as temperature uniformity tests (TUS) to evaluate temperature fluctuations in the heat treatment furnace and system accuracy tests (SAT) to confirm that the temperature sensors and instruments in the heat treatment furnace are indicating the correct temperature.
YAMARI can manufacture thermocouples based on your requirements and provide products that have met JCSS (ISO/IEC17025 compliant) temperature calibration.

We have a large inventory of type N, K, and R thermocouples with both ends of roll calibrated to the latest AMS2750 standard. Certificate The inspection certificate meets the latest AMS2750 standard also available.
The Hyper Thermic® thermocouple developed by YAMARI is particularly durable at high temperatures and is suitable for TUS and SAT, demonstrating approximately five times the oxidation resistance compared to INCONEL®600*1
