Demands for fuel-efficient tires have been increasing in recent years.
In order to make tires with superior fuel efficiency, new materials and excellent kneading (mixing and dispersion of materials) technologies are required.
Features
Our sensor for the rubber kneader has a structure that makes the tip of the temperature sensor responsive, while applying an abrasion-resistant coating to achieve both responsiveness and abrasion resistance. In addition, to prevent the sensor from being damaged by the vibration of the rubber kneader, the internal structure is devised in a design that takes vibration into consideration to achieve stable temperature measurement.
