IMGA740・IMGA740-LO is a radiation thermometer that can respond ultra-fast as fast as 10μsec.
Ideal for measuring samples with abrupt temperature changes.
Measuring Station (bench-unit) and PC are easily connected for capturing and analyzing data.

Usage

Ideal for measuring temperatures in metal processing, semiconductor production processes, glass molds, ceramics, molten metals, casting, vacuum furnaces, etc.

Features

This is a PC based data logger system based on a 740-inch ultrahigh-speed radiation thermometer and specialized software.
Ultra-fast response (up to 10μsec) is realized, and it is suitable for temperature measurement of samples with severe temperature changes or moving samples at high speed.
Minimal-spot measuring from φ0.3mm is realized.
Since a movable focus lens is used, the spot diameter can be narrowed down to an optimum value.
The emissivity can be set from the bench unit and PC.
0 to 20mA or 4 to 20mA can be selected for analogue output. (Specified when ordering)
USB interface makes it easy to connect to PC.
Measurement data can be stored on a PC, and user-friendly software is available for recording and analyzing data.
Data acquisition has the following modes as standard:
・Normal: Normal measurement
・Temperature trigger: When temperature threshold value is exceeded
・External gating: when inputting High
・External trigger: per rising edge
The measurement software has the following features.
・Parameter settings and readings can be checked at a glance, making it suitable for on-site works.
・Two-screen display enables easy data analysis.
・Enlargement/reduction of the time axis, and temperature display of the maximum/minimum and average values are possible, so an interface suitable for the site is available. Can be used.
