Sheath type thermocouple

1. Fast response speed
   The sheathed thermocouple has a higher responsiveness than the conventional protective tube type thermocouple, because the thermocouple wire, insulation material, and protective tube are integrated.
2. Excellent bending properties and impact resistance
   Since it is molded into a high density, it has a large mechanical strength and can be bent with a radius of at least twice the outer diameter of the sheath.
3. Excellent corrosion and pressure resistance
   Magnesium-oxide (MgO) is densely compressed and filled in the metal-sheathing, making it airtight, less susceptible to external atmospheres and withstanding the highest 350MPa of pressures.
4. Wide temperature measuring range
   Temperature can be measured from-200℃ to 1500℃ (using a special sheath thermocouple).
5. Highly stable at high temperatures and in reducing atmospheres (AD THERMIC)
6. Achieved approximately five times the durability compared to INCONEL®600※1 in our test by using the sheath material is a special material with excellent oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength (HYPER THERMIC)
