IP140/IPE140 is a fast-response (fastest 1.5msec) full-digital radiation thermometer. The 3.43-micron detecting wave length is used to precisely measure the surface-temperature of ultra-thin (PE) and poly-pylene (PP) films.

Usage

For measuring the surface temperature of plastic films
Ideal for temperature-measuring ultrathin polyethylene (PE) films and polypropylene (PP) films.
Suitable for film surface temperature measurement over 30μm thick.

Features

For measuring the temperature of samples with severe temperature changes or moving at high speed because of fast response (fastest 1msec)
Suitable. (However, around the lower temperature limit, the response time is automatically extended to reduce noise.)
Small spot measurement is realized, so even small samples can be measured.
A LCD indicator is provided so you can check the temperature indication on the main unit.
Parameters can be set on the main unit.
Basic measurements can be made only by supplying power.
The complete digital circuit provides excellent stability and noise immunity.
Three types of operating focal lenses are available to optimize the spot diameter at any distance.
The test current output function facilitates connection to an externally installed temperature indicator.
Data-recording and parameter setting can be performed using the dedicated measurement software (for Windows) provided as a standard-attached product.

The position can be checked using the laser beam or direct-view finder.
