IS50-Si-LO + is a fast-responding (fastest 1msec) fiber-optic radiation thermometer.
With a detection wavelength of 0.9μm, the temperature of silicon wafers can be measured with high accuracy.

Usage

Ideal for measuring temperature on silicon wafers.

Features

Suitable for measuring the temperature of samples with severe temperature changes or moving at high speed because of fast response (fastest 1msec)
Compatible with small spot measurement. Small samples can also be measured. 0.45 From φ /88mm.
A laser pilot button and temperature indicator are built into the main unit, and parameters can be set.
Adjustment on the site has become easier.
Eight lenses are available in two types. The measuring area covers 88mm～4500mm.
A movable focusing lens (TypeII) is used to optimize the spot diameter at any position.
It has a built-in maximum value holding circuit, so it is also suitable for measuring moving objects.
The laser pilot light makes it easy to check the measurement position.
Data-recording and parameter setting can be performed using the dedicated measurement software (for Windows) provided as a standard-attached product.
